No breakfast provided and no aircon in the rooms, which made it uncomfortable at times. , the noise from the AC units on the roof of the neighboring building was quite disruptive during the night.

The hostel location is relatively close to the city center, which can be accessed easily by a quick $1 red bus ride up Queen Street.

We had an amazing stay with big and clean common areas, a spacious and cosy Queen room with fully working facilities. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and it was only a short ten-minute walk to the centre.

Yha Auckland City is a fantastic place to stay! The staff are excellent and very helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean, with plenty of room for luggage. I really enjoyed the discounts on tourist activities and the free movie screenings. The kitchen and bathroom facilities were great, and the location is perfect, with lots of inexpensive Asian restaurants nearby. I highly recommend Yha Auckland City for anyone visiting the area.
